According to the Argentine News Agency, the problems began to be recorded after 11:00 AM, interrupting the normal functioning of microblogging for thousands of people. The graph of the collapse is eloquent: after a day of stability with reports close to zero, the curve of incidents suffered a sudden vertical peak in the last hour, exceeding 377 notifications in a very brief period.
